CHRISTMAS DINNER MENU
Traditional Christmas Turkey Dinner – $33/person
House-brined, slow-roasted turkey served with:
Brown butter mashed potatoes
Traditional house-made stuffing
Chef's seasonal roasted vegetables
Herb-infused turkey gravy
Fresh dinner buns
Choice of Caesar salad or spinach and mandarin orange salad
Holiday Roast Beef Dinner – $35/person
Tender AAA marinated roast beef, slow-roasted and carved, served with:
Brown butter mashed potatoes
Chef's seasonal roasted vegetables
Rich herb-infused beef gravy
Fresh dinner buns
Choice of Caesar salad or spinach and mandarin orange salad
Optional Yorkshire pudding – add $1.50/person

Red Wine Braised Beef Dinner – $45/person
Tender beef slowly braised in red wine with aromatic herbs and winter vegetables, finished with a rich reduction, served with:

Not every Christmas celebration looks the same, and neither should the menu! Custom catering options are available to suit your gathering, dietary needs and preferences.
Buffet service and individually packaged meals may be available depending on your event. Delivery, staffing, rentals and applicable GST are additional unless otherwise quoted.
